have action summary line show first in NXT Merged

When we look at actions in NXT, we can't see the summary line when we are looking at the list of actions in a record. We would like to see that information first - separated from the body of the notes relating to that summary line

    It's a little silly that the column on Action Lists is named "Action Summary" but the data in the column is not the Action Summary field--which doesn't show at all--but the action Note (i.e., the detail, not the summary).
