nxt search results - limited to 8

NXT limits search results to 8 - when searching for an individual in the NXT search box, only 8 results are ever displayed, even thought there are more in the data base. For example, a search for "A Smith" only produces 8 results, there are many more in the database. So if a user only knows the first letter of an individual first name, the resulting display may not show the one he is looking for.

This is especially problematic for us, in as we have many organization records with similar naming (ex. First Presbyterian Church, Trinity Presbyterian Church, Grace Presbyterian Church, etc.) So, with only the first 8 records displaying in the search, we are unable to locate some of these records using NXT. We have discussed creating aliases for these records (ex. First Dallas, Grace Houston) to expedite the searching in NXT, but this is a lot of extra work as an interim solution. I have just gotten our fundraisers into using NXT, and this is already a source of frustration for them.
