Language Field as out of the box option

A field to collect the preferred language of a Constituent (individual and organization)

    This field should also be available in Contacts since organization contacts can also have a different language than the organization's default.

    Just as an FYI in RE7 we use the Religion field to track language - I know we aren't the only ones who do this. Religion is also a field that didn't get carried into NXT yet...
