My fundraisers have pointed out to me that in constituent view, the action description and notes are smushed together.  They like to be able to differentiate between the description (used for very high-level summary of notes) and the actual notes which are the meat of what the mailing, phone call or meeting covered. They really only look at the notes if they want to learn more, but if the summary field isn't made clear, it is difficult to see at a glance.
