Currently, it is a one for one match between email address and user profile.  However, we are required to have multiple profiles, one for our everyday user access given our authorizations and one for supervisor rights as the admins of FE.  We cannot use the supervisor rights everyday because that carries more authorization for tasks we generally are not authorized to do.  For example, as an internal control I can can print payments but cannot enter invoices.  The supervisor profile can do both of these tasks.  Our auditors monitor the supervisor profile in transactions to make sure our internal controls are being followed. 

Given the way NXT is currently designed, we would need multiple email addresses in order to have multiple profiles.  Our IT department does not like that idea.  We need the ability to have multiple profiles associated with one email address.
