One thing I would LOVE to see as it relates to online registration is for people to be able to register for more than one event at a time. For example, we have a bunch of free events that are offered to our Older Adults and it would be great if when people were registering online, they could select the 3 or 5 events they'd like to attend and add them to a "shopping cart" or something and then be able to check out and only have to enter their participant information (name, address, phone, email, etc.) once. Right now (with the system we use and even if we were to use OLX for free events) if someone wants to sign up for more than one event they have to register for each one, which is overwhelming for the people that we hold these events for and then they call in and we write everything down on paper and go back into RE later and "register" them.
