NXT Email Marketing should show reasons (hard/soft) for bounces
If there's a hard bounce - we should know that information so we can clean up our records! Different from a soft bounce. This is pretty basic for email.1

Provide html formating options for notes in RE NXT
In the database view, we can edit text size, apply bold, italic, and underline formatting, and add bullet points to text in notes. Can this functionality also be available in the web view?0

Require Gift Appeal in Web View
We want all gifts to have an Appeal code. Marking this field as Required in the database view does not make this field required in web view. Making this required should carry over to web view.0
