Complete Cover Survey needs to say it's from Blackbaud
We have enabled Complete Cover on our first event form. I was surprised to see that Blackbaud has forced in a survey to ask donors what they think of it. Even more surprising is that Blackbaud is passing it off as "our" survey in the link to click...0 Shipped

Allow for Participant Notes in Events
