Make Tags Hyperlink to The Specific Action
Would it be possible to have the tags on records in the Work Center hyperlink to the action (recent gift, event registration, etc.) that triggered the tag? That way our DOs can see immediately what the change is and determine how best to address it.1

Refresh Tags more often
At the moment tags seem to refresh in the mid morning in the UK which means that some of them are out of date when we first log into NXT. The worst culprit is no contact for all of our donors that we thanked the day before! It would be really help...0

View all constituents with tags does not show the tags
When I click in needs attention the "view all constituents with tags" it is just a mish mosh of all people but I can't seem to add a column to show me the tags they have. This seems like such a waste of a click.0
