Allow Administrators to delete other user's lists in NXT

I searched but didn't find anything. If there is an existing idea for this BB, please merge. This is a fundmental function that really should exist!

Please add all custom fields to Insight Designer

Insight Designer can be a powerful tool but not all custom fields are currently available in Insight Designer. Please add all custom fields to Insight Designer.

List from dynamic query

Right now when I make a constituent list I can start from a static query. It would be great if I could start from a dynamic query, that way I do not have to regularly update the query to have an accurate list.
