Put name of cardholder on each transaction for automated recurring gifts and not "no name"
Once a recurring gift has been automated and amended, the "cardholder name" shows up on the transaction list in Merchant Services as "No Name." There should be an option to enter the cardholder name when amending a recurring automated gift. -
