Pop up Solicit Code when adding action

I would like to see the one to many function in NXT be updated to add the actual date done and mark completed.
Currently I have to go back through and edit all the actions I put in so that I can change the date and mark complete. I could not do a global add due to not knowing/finding what query was used for this list to began with.0

In NXT I cannot open the Word file in actions created in RE
In RE I create letter actions by clicking "Letter" and then create the document and add as a new action. When I open the action in NXT, I do not see the Word icon to open the letter to review the content.1
