I would like to see the "Industry" field (category) under the Constituent summary window

Fundraisers could benefit from knowing this info on a first meet, if they are unfamiliar with the organization.

The ability to sort individual names from an organization in alpha order in the relationship tab (this is how they are shown in the database view)

It takes too long to scroll through an organizations employee names if they are not in alpha order. This is very convenient in the database view and should be a standard view.

Allow Inactive Phone Numbers without a Primary Phone Selected

Donors frequently change phone numbers. When I go to make a number inactive, NXT insists that I add a primary number. But I don't have one. So the inactive numbers remain as if they are still active. This causes confusion.

Address "Country" field is required, doesn't allow for a blank option, and overwrites blank Country fields (added via database view) for ALL existing addresses when any address is saved.

In our database, we don't use "United States" for a country field, because we don't want "United States" printing out on everything. We delete it wherever it exists and leave the country field blank for anything but foreign addresses. There is no ...
